Summon Night 5’s story will revolve around the world of Summon Night 3. Even though centuries have past since the previous story, the offspring and descendants of characters from Summon Night 3 will make appearances in Summon Night 5.

Summon Night 5 is set in a parallel universe known as Linbaum, where they hold a ritual for summoners, giving them a choice between four weapons: Spinel, Berié, Kagerou and Dice.

Namco Bandai released a new teaser for Summon Night 5 and notes the game will be available for PSP in spring 2013. Summon Night 5 is the first new entry in the series and since Flight Plan is no more Felistella is handling the title.

The game also has a model viewer that you can use to admire its new 3D models.

As previously reported, Summon Night 5 on the PSP is making the move from sprites to realistically-proportioned 3D models.
