“Welcome, master…” says maid costume Aya.
If you didn’t catch why Aya can dive into the minds of soldiers shooting tentacle creatures, this trailer for The 3rd Birthday should clear that up.
Director Hajime Tabata’s goal is to make The 3rd Birthday the PSP game with the highest rating. Then he wants Final Fantasy Agito XIII to surpass it with the highest rating.
Aside from remakes and sequels, Square Enix wants to reboot old franchises to strengthen their lineup of games.
On Twitter, Director Hajime Tabata says, “With great effort, the Parasite Eve games will be distributed on Game Archives.”
Aya, as you’re probably aware of, has a lot of outfits in The 3rd Birthday. This batch of screenshots shows Aya fighting Twisted in different outfits.
Don’t expect Aya Brea to pull of any mitochondria magic in The 3rd Birthday.
Aya is going to have a rock theme song in Japan. Square Enix announced a collaboration with J-rock artist Superfly who wrote the theme song for The 3rd Birthday.
As a prelude to The 3rd Birthday, Square Enix is putting both Parasite Eve games on PlayStation Network in Japan.
The 3rd Birthday director Hajime Tabata logged on to Twitter to post a picture of Aya in her suit costume after the Twisted ripped it to shreds.
Square Enix released new videos showing off some of the abilities that complement The 3rd Birthday’s Overdive system.
While Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light is the last retail game from Square Enix USA this year, the first quarter of next year is jam packed with Kingdom Hearts, Deus Ex, and Final Fantasy.
Like other outfits, the suit costume also takes “battle damage”. The Twisted tear Aya’s stockings when they hit her until her legs are bare.
The wait for The 3rd Birthday won’t be too long.
