Trine 2 is finally locked and loaded for release.

The title screen changes between day and night, depending on what time of the day it is where you live.

Recently, Frozenbyte confirmed that users who purchase Trine 2 directly off Steam can upgrade to a digital collector’s edition version.

The collector’s edition will come with the game’s soundtrack, an art book, and access to a download version of the original Trine.

“Bouncy Bouncy” and “Surfboard Master” are two of the many achievements in Trine 2.

If you pre-purchase Trine 2 on Steam, you can try out a beta version right away.

The game itself is still slated for release sometime this year.

Instead of playing as the thief, wizard and knight, you can play as three wizards, or any other combination.

“My dear Zoya, let’s huddle together for warmth!” says Amadeus the wizard.

While you can play Trine 2 by yourself, the game’s focus is on playing cooperatively with a friend.
