Monster Racers, a Koei title, and Monster Rancher DS developed by Tecmo are still coming out in North America. However, Tecmo Koei won’t be publishing them.

Way of the Samurai 3 has two publishing paths. We contacted UFO and Agetec to tell us about the agreement and what the North American version of Way of the Samurai 3 will be like.
Spike drafted a unique publishing deal to bring Way of the Samurai 3 to North America. Agetec and UFO Interactive will publish the game in North America.
Two packages of Raiden IV are slated to come out in September, a limited edition and a Gamestop edition.
UFO Interactive is working on Saint, a second shmup for Wii based on the Monkey King legend with art from a Hong Kong comic book. I asked Chong Ahn, Producer, about the partnership and sneaked in a question about Tokyo Twilight Busters.
Saint is coming out soon. After that UFO Interactive may have another unannounced shooter for the Wii.
Not much is known about Saint other than its a shooter and based on the Monkey King legend. Starfish delayed the game for over half a year, but it’s finally coming out with a little nod to Space Harrier.
Speaking of budget publishers… you won’t believe who picked up the rights to Way of the Samurai 3. UFO Interactive will release Spike’s conversational samurai game in North America for $49.99 sometime in the future.

Lost in all of yesterday’s other PSP announcements is a subtle confirmation that Pangya PSP will see a release overseas.
