As we previously mentioned, Valkyria Chronicles 2 has an ad-hoc mode. More specifically, it’s a multiplayer versus mode where you can challenge a friend.
Alicia and Welkin, the stars of Valkyria Chronicles, will return in Valkyria Chronicles 2.
Valkyria Chronicles 2, even though it’s on a handheld, is faithful to its PlayStation 3 predecessor. The PSP game may not be as gorgeous, but the gameplay is the same.
Sony is celebrating PSPgo’s launch in Japan with samples of future PSP games.

Remember the large maps in Valkyria Chronicles? The PSP sequel can’t handle them, but the development team thought of a clever solution around the problem.
After winter break it’s time for war. Sega will release Valkyria Chronicles 2 in Japan on January 21.
The wait for Valkyria Chronicles 2 won’t be that long. Sega confirmed a summer 2010 release for Europe and North America. Valkyria Chronicles 2 has a tentative winter release in Japan.
Sega put out a bunch of new Valkyria Chronicles 2 screens this time focusing on the menu based academy and mission select screens.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 has more classes than Valkyria Chronicles. Way more classes. There are 35 types of military units you can control in the sequel.
