Nintendo’s Wii Balance Board — the device used to play Wii Fit — was recently awarded with a Guiness World Record
Nintendo of Europe have announced a black Wii bundle with Wii Fit Plus and a black Balance Board.
Pokémon HeartGold/Soulsilver, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fit Plus, and New Super Mario Bros. Wii were the sales highlights of Nintendo’s first fiscal quarter.
The iconic American Heart Association brand will be featured on boxes for the Wii console, Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports Resort.
Last month we reported Nintendo was releasing a standalone disc of Wii Fit Plus in Japan for the low price of 2,000 yen ($22). Nintendo of America is following suit.
Multiple retailers in Japan are taking pre-orders for two versions of Wii Fit Plus. A balance board bundle goes for 9,800 yen ($105) while a standalone game only costs 2,000 yen ($22).
