Sega is developing a new Yakuza game and they need hostesses for it. Toshihiro Nagoshi went through the grueling process of auditions and narrowed the selection down to 16 women.
Black Panther isn’t the only Yakuza game in development. Sega opened a teaser site for a new Yakuza project.
Sega just confirmed Yakuza 4 for the West. That’s a little shy of a year away, but at least we know the PlayStation 3 game is coming.
Black Panther: New Yakuza Chapter takes place in the same semi-fictional universe as the other Yakuza games, which means a return ticket to Kamurocho.
Following the Black Panther: New Yakuza Chapter launch date news, Sega released a bunch of media for the first portable game in the Yakuza series.
Project K, a new spinoff in Sega’s Yakuza series, has a new hero. Tatsuya is fresh out of juvenile hall after knocking the lights out of a student in his high school.
The next Yakuza is going portable.
At a Yakuza 4 press conference Toshihiro Nagoshi, Producer of the Yakuza series, took the stage and unveiled a trailer for Project K.
Why did Sega add that? Oh, wait you play table tennis with hostesses at the hot springs resort in Yakuza 4? Ah…
Sega has a demo of Yakuza 4 scheduled to go up on the PlayStation Store on March 5.
On the plus side, Yakuza 3 is being localized, but not all of it. Sega removed hostess bars and a quiz mini-game.
Three new characters join Kazuma Kiryu in Yakuza 4 and each of them has their own fighting style.
Sega put a localized Yakuza 3 demo on the PlayStation Network, but for now it’s only available in Europe. Log on to a PAL registered PSN account to grab it.
