While Adol could carry one healing herb and had a heal ring in Ys III, he’ll have to fight without a stash of healing items in Ys: The Oath in Felghana.

While Ys Seven was completed by Xseed, they publisher went with an outside of the box strategy for their Ys: The Oath in Felghana localization. (Bonus look at the box art inside.)

Ys: The Oath in Felghana may be a classic from 2005, but a lot more people are going to be exposed to it very soon.

Ys: The Oath in Felghana, a remake of Ys III built like Ys: The Ark of Napishtim does. Nihon Falcom turned the 2D side-scroller into a somersaulting, sword spinning, 3D action RPG.

Falcom sent out additional details about their Ys III remake.

Falcom, perhaps inspired by Dissidia: Final Fantasy, is taking their characters and throwing them in a mashup fighting game.
