Before we had Game Boys for entertainment on long plane rides we had activity books. These time killers had games to play, pictures to color and occasionally papercraft. Fortunately the Super Mario Brothers activity book from Golden had it all. The first few pages had the story of Super Mario Brothers to color in. Golden’s adaptation is a little different. After Bowser took over the mushroom kingdom he turned the poor toadstools into bricks and horsehair plants. Also Luigi is notably absent, but some cool activities like making a jumping Mario might make up for it. Check below for some scans of the book.
