Sony is releasing another SingStar game in April 3rd, SingStar Pop and it brings together a bunch of American pop songs packaged with music videos. Here’s what is coming on the new release:

Something interesting about the SingStar series, namely SingStar Pop is that each region has a different track list depending on what’s considered local pop. In the UK Marilyn Manson’s "Personal Jesus" and Kylie Minogue’s "In Your Eyes" is on the list. Australia has INXS’s "New Sensation", Germany has German songs like "Willkommen" by Rosenstolz and Sweden’s track list is almost entirely comprised with Swedish songs like "Kom hem" from Barbados.
To make things slightly more confusing Sony Computer Entertainment Europe is releasing SingStar Pop Hits with the following songs:

SingStar obviously has lots of songs and the perfect solution for the SingStar on the PS3 is an iTunes like interface that lets people choose what songs they want to sing.
