Similar to the Gears of War frenzy last year, Microsoft is throwing two Halo 3 events where lucky attendees get to experience Halo 3 on a giant IMAX screen. Head over to the “first to play” event page for a chance to win tickets for the New York and San Francisco events. However, holding a ticket DOES NOT mean you're going to get in. Only the first 200 hundred people in each location get in, which means people are probably going to be camping out the night before. One thousand other lucky winners will get a free copy of Halo 3 by September 24, one day before Halo 3 arrives in stores.
