Rumour: Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Supports Natal

Recommended Videos

French games site Jeux Video believe that Ubisoft’s upcoming Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will support Natal on the Xbox 360. Citing unnamed sources, they report the game includes a special mode that takes advantage of Natal’s motion-recognition capabilities. The goal, allegedly, is to be able to play the game using a controller in one hand, while using your free hand to interact with the interface, part of which involves giving orders through hand gestures.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is a multiplatform game across PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii. Since the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions are both being developed at Ubisoft Paris, it should be interesting to see whether the team includes support for the PlayStation Move as well, as the game is scheduled to release this holiday season, by which time both Move and Natal will be out in the hands of consumers.
