Game Arts is self-publishing Lunar: Silver Star Harmony in PAL territories. The PSP game will be released as a digital download on October 13.

Lunar: Silver Star Harmony will be the first official release of Lunar in the region. Game Arts released the same Lunar: Silver Star Harmony demo on the PlayStation Store. Play through it and you’ll start the full game with bonus equipment.
