You Don’t Need PlayStation Move (Or A PS3) For This Echochrome II Demo

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan is starting to promote Echochrome II or Infinite Corridor: Box of Light and Shadow, as its called over there.

While this game is part of the Echochrome series, it’s quite different from the original Echochrome game. Instead of playing with perspective, Echochrome II has players bend shadows with PlayStation Move. Sometimes you’ll make a path to an exit for a cast to walk on. Other times you’ll move the wand around to change light angle to create a shadow puppet.

 

The Shadow Factory, a "special demo?" from SCEJ’s lets player make their own digital shadow puppets by placing blocks and triangles. Once you create something neat, like one of the creations below, you can export the character into an animated GIF.
