D3 Publisher have White Knight Chronicles II slated for release on August 2nd September in North America. The PlayStation 3 sequel includes a revised version of White Knight Chronicles and White Knight Chronicles II on the same disc. Yes, it’s possible in the English version to skip straight to part II.
Level-5 made online play a key part of the White Knight Chronicles games and when White Knight Chronicles II arrives the game will launch with a community. White Knight Chronicles II is already available in Europe and the North American version connects to the same servers. So, you can get started by playing with friendly PAL gamers, if you like.
While D3 Publisher licensed White Knight Chronicles II from Sony, they currently have no plans to release the PSP prequel, White Knight Chronicles Origins.
