Super Mario Land 2 is the game that introduces Wario for the first time. Wario takes over Mario Land, and turns it against Mario.

Unlike most Mario games, 6 Golden Coins was developed by Nintendo’s R&D1 division at the time, which was the team responsible for Metroid and the Game Boy. It’ll set you back $3.99 on the eShop.
