Persona 4: The Golden Could’ve Been Called "The Garden"

Famitsu has new details about Persona 4: The Golden and the PlayStation Vita version has a home garden feature where you can plant seedlings with Nanako. When plants grown they sprout items, which you can bring to dungeons. Makaracone (Makarakarn + cone) creates a barrier that reflects magic spells. A screenshot also shows Tetracone (probably a physical reflecting barrier item) and Red Paprika.

Kanji’s new persona was revealed too and it’s Take-jizaiten, which looks like Rokuten Maoh in white with red flame decals. Persona 4: The Golden will have a new animated opening, but the original in-game cutscenes from Studio Hibari will remain in the game.

Another new event shows the protagonist playing with Nanako in the snow while Ryotaro Dojima looks over them. This takes place on January 2 so… well you know where that falls in the calendar if you played Persona 4.
