First Good Look At G.rev’s Nintendo 3DS Shoot-em-up, Kokuga

Under Siege developer, G.rev, once announced a shoot-em-up for the Nintendo 3DS, titled Kokuga. We’ve seen screenshots of this title, but G.rev showed off the first trailer or the game today:

While Kokuga operates like most shooters you’re familiar with, it also has a card feature that’s similar to trading card games. At the start of every stage, you’re given 20 random cards, which are displayed on the touch screen. Each card has different effects (such as rapid fire or shield restoration), and is consumable.
