Black Rock Shooter developer Imageepoch says Sol Trigger will be their last epic RPG for PSP. That calls for an epic bad guy then and at the very least Istvan has the right voice actor.

Akio Otsuka who plays Snake in the Metal Gear Solid series, Xehanort in Kingdom Hearts, Street Fighter IV boss Seth, and Judge Gabranth from Final Fantasy XII is Istvan in Sol Trigger. He’s in charge of the church’s army and has to stop the Sol Trigger group (read: the good guys). He’s known for bringing a tough fight and for his unparalleled cruelty.
Sol Trigger is slated for release in Japan this summer.
