Ghost in the Shell: Arise Promo Introduces Kurutsu, Head Of Army 501

Bandai have shared a new promo (thanks, Anime News Network) for their upcoming Ghost in the Shell: Arise series of animated movies, narrated by Mayumi Asano as the character Kurutsu. Watch it below:

Kurutsu is the head of a secret unit called Army 501, which gave Motoko Kusanagi her cyberized body. As previously reported, Ghost in the Shell: Arise will consist of four movies, each 50 minutes in length. The first movie will be released in Japanese theatres on June 22nd, with a DVD and Blu-Ray release to follow on July 26th.
