Mario Golf: World Tour resurfaced during a Nintendo Direct presentation today, with new features, a new trailer and a release date.
Mario Golf: World Tour will feature a mode called Castle Club, where you can access golf courses, tournaments, training areas, shops, locker rooms and a café. The training area will allow you to focus on specific aspects of your game such as putting.
Additionally, players will be able to customize their Mii characters using items sold at the shop in this mode. Customization will pertain to clubs, golf balls and clothing. Different combinations of gear will affect your performance.
Mario Golf: World Tour will be available May 2nd in North America and May 5th in Europe.
