The Next Kunio-Kun Game Will Be Set In A Fantasy RPG Setting

Recommended Videos

Kunio-kun is the name of the series in Japan that has brought us games such as Super Dodgeball Brawlers, Renegade, and River City Ransom. While Kunio-kun and his fellow delinquents usually fight thugs with their bare fists, it looks like their next game for Nintendo 3DS will be putting them in a whole other realm.

The trailer for Hot-Blooded Magic Story shows Kunio and others from his crew gearing up in RPG gear, in what looks like and old-school RPG setting. It looks like they’ll be going up against an evil wizard by the name “Ya Maada” in an ultimate showdown.

Hot-Blooded Magic Story will be released via the Nintendo eShop for 3DS in spring 2014.
