Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn’s anticipated 2.4 update is expected to launch later this month, but while waiting, adventurers can participate in the upcoming Halloween event, which might not be spooky as Typhon, but it’ll include some neat items.
Similar to other seasonal events in the game, players will take on various tasks to acquire exclusive items. For the first time in an event, there will also be face paint that can be acquired then applied by the aesthetician.
As far as the even rewards go, it looks like you’ll get a witch outfit Eerie set, which includes a hat, robe, tights, and crakows (pointy shoes). There’s also the Pumpkin Earring for accessories, along with an Eerie barding for your Chocobo to mach the look.
The above is a look at where you can start the event in Old Gridania.
Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn’s Halloween event, known as the All Saints’ Wake in Eorzea, will commence on October 20, 2014 at 1:00 a.m. (PDT) to Monday, November 3, 2014 at 6:59 a.m. (PST).
