The Rio 2016 Olympics have come to an end, but we got a taste of what’s next in the Tokyo 2020 with an appearance by Super Mario, prime minister Shinzo Abe as Mario, and more during the closing ceremony.


The video, which was shown during the closing ceremony of Rio 2016, shared a tease of what’s to come in Tokyo 2020 with a look at Mario, prime minister Shinzo Abe as Mario, Pac-Man, Doraemon, Captain Tsubasa, Hello Kitty, and more.


Now that we got a taste of Tokyo 2020, we can’t wait to see what else Japan will have to offer in four years.
