Tales of Berseria Will Use Denuvo DRM On PCs

Bandai Namco has offered on update on the PC version of Tales of Berseria. The Steam release of the game will use Denuvo DRM. This will be the third game from the publisher to use the technology, with God Eater Resurrection and God Eater 2: Rage Burst being the previous two.

 

Details on PC customization options in Tales of Berseria were also revealed. In addition to full controller support, its control panel will allow you to rebound every key. The graphics settings will have 4K, 1080p, and 800×600 resolutions, with 4K being upscaled. It will run at 60fps by default, though you can go down to 30fps. SMAA and FXAA antialiasing options are available, draw distance can be adjusted, and shadow textures and quality can be tweaked.

 

Here are the Tales of Berseria minimum and recommended requirements.

  • Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0GHz or AMD Phenom II X2 550, 3.1GHz
  • Memory: 2 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce 9800 GTX or AMD Radeon HD 4850
  • DirectX: Version 9.0c
  • Storage: 15 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectX 11 compatible

Tales of Berseria will come to North American PlayStation 4s and PCs on January 24, 2017. It will launch in Europe on January 27, 2017. The demo will be available on the PlayStation 4 and PC on January 10, 2017.
