Doomfist Joins Overwatch

Recommended Videos

An often-teased character is coming to Overwatch. Blizzard has officially announced Akande “Doomfist” Ogundimu. He is immediately playable on the PC version’s Public Test Region ahead of his official debut.

Doomfist has received an origin video and is the star of the latest Overwatch Developer Update. He is an offensive character capable of dealing ranged damage with the Doomfist gauntlet’s Hand Cannon and more physical attacks with a Rocket Punch. He also has a Meteor Strike, which allows him to leap into the sky, then crash down, as well as a Seismic Slam that sees him rushing forward to punch people in front of him. (He is not voiced by Terry Crews.)
