Final Fantasy XV’s Latest Updates Welcomes The Assassin’s Festival

Final Fantasy XV’s late-August 1.14 and 1.15 updates are now live, bringing in its Assassin’s Creed collaboration with the Assassin’s Festival event as well as the bestiary and chapter select features.

 

Here are the latest patch notes for both Version 1.14 and Version 1.15:

 

Version 1.14

  • Implementation of a chapter select (available after completion of the main game)

 

  • Addition of a bestiary (accessible from the Archives in the Main Menu)

 

  • Master Assassin’s Robes for players with a Dream Egg (unlocks upon loading a save)

 

  • Opening of the Assassin’s Festival (until January 31, 2018)

 

  • Announcement of winning snapshots from third photo contest (viewable at Mother of Pearl in Galdin Quay)

 

  • Various bug fixes

 

Version 1.15

  • Various bug fixes

 

Final Fantasy XV is available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It is arriving on PC in early 2018. You can read our previous report for the latest from director Hajime Tabata who recently reiterated that the RPG won’t be getting a full sequel but more plans to explore its universe.
