Monster Boy And The Cursed Kingdom’s E3 2018 Trailer Shows Gameplay And Animated Scenes

Recommended Videos

A new trailer has been released for Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom, from Game Atelier and FDG Entertainment, in honor of E3 2018. As a reminder, since it has been a while, this is a take on the Wonder Boy series, specifically Wonder Boy III: The Dragon’s Trap, being created with help from Ryuichi Nishizawa, creator of the Wonder Boy series.

People get to see both gameplay segments and looks at animated segments in this video. It begins with Jin, our hero, in some sort of jail. However, he has the ability to switch to his animal forms, and we see he has access to dragon, frog, lion, pig and snake transformations. He turns into a snake, then slithers out. We then see an animated version of the opening, before getting to watch Jin in many of his different forms as he explores the world.

Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom will come to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in Summer 2018. It will arrive on PCs in Winter 2018.
