Bandai Namco has debuted gameplay of the first stage of Super Robot Wars T, showing off original mecha Tyranado’s first bout in real combat, and more.
The story follows the male protagonist, Tokitou, who is nicknamed ‘The Necktie Beast’ due to his appearance, and his tendency to go ham during test runs without care for whether the mecha is damaged or not. Suddenly, an alarm breaks out, and the Tyranado is sortied. Tokitou then goes on to lecture newcomer Ramie on the mottos of the VTX Union, and are aided by Big Volfogg, Great Mazinger and Ichinana-shiki when reinforcements appear.

Super Robot Wars T releases in Japan on March 20, 2019 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Its Asia version with English subs will release on March 20 as well. Check out the game’s new Supporter Commands in our previous post here.
