Tuned Heart, a strategy RPG released for the Japanese PC-98 back in 1996, has gotten a full English translation courtesy of Nebulous Translations.
The plot of the game is a spoof on cop dramas, with many conventions used throughout. Gameplay-wise, it’s a mix between visual novel segments, and grid-based strategy, with a tuning system that allows players to mix up vehicles and weapons.
