Celebrate Mother’s Day With Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest Cards

Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest fans will be able to celebrate Mother’s Day with greeting cards designed after the popular game franchises. Square Enix has put up a time-limited web page where people can download the card designs, which are available in English. The Final Fantasy card features Chocobo and Moogle, while the Dragon Quest one has a lot of Slimes.

People can download PDF files containing the card designs by clicking the yellow button below the sample images. After printing the card on both sides of the same paper, they can then cut the paper by following the provided line patterns. Cutting the insides of the front page will let them show the franchise mascots even before opening the card.

Japan is one of the many countries that celebrate Mother’s Day on the second Sunday of May. In 2022, that day falls on May 8, 2022.

Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest are the most popular RPG franchises that Square and Enix launched in 1987 and 1986, respectively. The two companies merged to form Square Enix in 2003. Square Enix celebrated Dragon Quest‘s 35th anniversary in 2021 and Final Fantasy‘s in 2022. The company has announced various celebrations to mark Final Fantasy‘s 35th anniversary, such as Uniqlo shirts and the Distant Worlds concert world tour.

Square Enix’s official Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest Mother’s Day cards are available to download until May 30, 2022.
