Following Chocobo GP‘s launch, players expressed concern about its Prize Pass season pass. They noted the amount of time it would take to earn levels through it. Square Enix took to the official Twitter account to note it will be adjusting the amount of points needed to level up. It also gave everyone 500 Mythril, the real money currency.
Here’s the official announcement. It only mentioned that the Chocobo GP Prize Pass requirements are being adjusted. It didn’t offer exact details about how many points people will have to earn to level up going forward.

After claiming your free Mythril, there is another thing to keep in mind. Free Mythril expires in Chocobo GP. After launch, it came up that Mythril is only available for five months after you earn or purchase it. At which point, if it is not spent, the user loses it. As a reminder, 1,000 Mythril costs $9.99 and can be used to purchase the season pass and items.
Chocobo GP is available for the Nintendo Switch. There is a free lite version as well.
