Gaming PC for $399.99? It’s happening with the base-config Alienware Alpha at its lowest price ever this week in Best Buy’s “All Gaming PCs on sale” … sale. Best Buy has actually got hundreds of gaming capable laptops and desktops at discount, with probably the most noteworthy deal being the aforementioned Alpha for basically the price of an 8th generation console. As for the other PCs in the sale, quite a number of them are easily in the overpriced category (better off building your own) – though a number of desktops in the $700 ranges are OK priced.
Console gamers are getting a weekend of cheap pre-owned titles at GameStop. Starting today and through July 4th, GameStop’s holding a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” sale on ALL pre-owned products including systems and games for all available platforms. A good Xbox 360 combo recommendation from the sale is Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, Halo 4, and Gears of War 3, which will only cost you $9.98 for all three (for those still buying 360 games anyways).
In addition to group deals, there are a ton of individual standout sales like Far Cry 4 at Best Buy. PC and console gamers alike can take advantage of a drop to only $19.99 – a historic low for all platforms. The deal is valid today only at BB, so you’ll have to jump on it fast.
