Slice 20% off Dishonored 2 for PC, or $10 Gift for Xbox One

On Friday, November 11th it’s back to the Empire of the Isles with the release of Dishonored 2 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The usual AAA title list of $59.99 is in full effect, but there are deals and cash bonuses available on Dishonored 2 at retailers competing for your release week dollars.

If you’re a PC gamer you have little excuse not to snag a 20% discount for Day 1 gaming. Two retailers, GMG and DLGamer are $12 off with a drop from $60 to $48. We’ve confirmed that GMG is already sending out keys, which could come in handy since pre-load is now live (download size is about 32GB). Note that pre-ordering Dishonored 2 allows you to start playing the game on Thursday, November 10 (a day ahead of the official Friday release date).

Dishonored 2 Deals

PC Deals MSRP % Off Sale Price
Green Man Gaming (Steam Key) $59.99 20% $47.99
DLGamer (Steam Key) $59.99 20% $47.99
GamesPlanet (Steam Key) £39.99 13% £34.99
Bundle Stars (Steam Key) $59.99 10% $53.99

Console Deals MSRP
Dishonored 2 + $10 Gift Code + Release Delivery (Xbox One) $59.99
Best Buy: Buy One, Get One 40% Off (Xbox One, PS4)

PC gamers also have options to buy at Bundle Stars and GamesPlanet. Like GMG and DLGamer, these are both authorized retailers and if you buy before the release date you’ll get the same pre-order bonus as you would buying for full price on Steam. GamesPlanet is only showing a British Pound price, but if you buy from GamesPlanet in the US after currency conversion the price will come out to $43.29 – or about 28% off.

There are also console deals to consider for Dishonored 2. Unlike many other titles this year, console gamers are not getting huge incentives to pre-order, but there are at least two offerings to consider. Xbox One gamers can go through the Microsoft Store and snag a bonus $10 Gift Code which is sent via email. Pre-ordering at Microsoft before tomorrow morning November 9th at 10AM Pacific will also grant you free release day delivery (as long as you don’t live in the middle of no where).

Last notable deal that involves Dishonored 2 is Best Buy’s ‘Buy 1, Get 1 40% off’ sale. There you can choose from a list of 18 titles to buy Dishonored 2 with (titles such asBattlefield 1) – and you’ll be able to cut the price 40% on the second game. This is the only way to get a Dishonored 2 discount and on the PlayStation 4 copy too without having a paid membership. The sales promotion ends later this Saturday. Unless you see a title you want in that pick of 17, we’d suggest holding off. The deal is GCU stackable so Best Buy GCU members should take extra note.

Finally, pre-ordering any of the above offers will get you the digital copy of Dishonored Definitive Edition for free. This is a pretty good offer not only for those who haven’t played the first game, but also for those who have but never picked up the expansion packs, as the Definitive Edition contains every DLC from the first Dishonored title. The freebie will go away once the game goes live on Friday.
