FFXIV Garo Collaboration Event Will Return with New Gear

Back in the Letter from the Producer LIVE Part LXVII, Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida teased the FFXIV Garo would return. During the Letter from the Producer LIVE Part LXX, its comeback was confirmed. A new image for the event appeared alongside a trailer. It also confirmed that there will be new gear for the Dancer, Gunbreaker, Reaper, and Sage.

Here’s the new image for the FFXIV Garo event’s return. From left to right, it shows the White Mage, Black Mage, Warrior, Paladin, Dragoon, Monk, and Bard gear. While the announcement did confirm the Endwalker and Shadowbringer Dancer, Gunbreaker, Reaper, and Sage will get achievements, gear, and titles, none of them appeared in the image or trailer.
FFXIV Garo Collaboration Event Will Return with New Gear

Here’s the new trailer for the crossover event. It shows off both the returning armor and mounts.

This crossover first showed up when FFXIV patch 3.5 appeared. However, it was removed ahead of patch 5.1. Gear appeared for the Astrologian, Bard, Black Mage, Dark Knight, Dragoon, Machinist, Monk, Ninja, Paladin, Scholar, Summoner, Warrior, and White Mage at the time. People were also able to earn achievements and collect the Ginga, Goten, and Raigo mounts.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. The FFXIV Garo event will return in 6.1. People can watch Garo on the official YouTube channel.
