Square Enix confirmed four changes are coming to the Final Fantasy XI login campaign program, which are designed to add new items to get and make it easier to get older rewards in the MMORPG. This also means that point caps will be altered and changed, with one of the most notable ones being that we can only carry over 700 points from past months instead of 1,500. All alterations take effect when the event starts on November 5, 2025, which is also when the company will share the rewards for the month and points needed for them.
First, the announcement about the Final Fantasy XI login campaign event noted the goal would be to make it easier to get alter egos and older items, while also offering new rewards and encouraging people to show up every single day. Part of that drove the two changes involving point distribution and caps. From here on out, bonus points only appear after you’ve logged in for 15 days, instead of showing up on the first day, and the amount of points doled out each day will be smaller than before until you log in 14 times in a single month.
As for the rewards, the announcement also went over those Final Fantasy XI login changes and showed screenshots of Tarutaru with them. Old items will cost less. We don’t know how much until the update on November 5, 2025, but the statement referred to it as “a fairly large reduction.” New ones, depending on the type, will be the same price as previously or might be part of a new tier that will cost more. Unity accolades will come up when reforging and more ways to get materials to upgrade will appear.
Here are the two screenshots that Square Enix shared.

This comes after a major change in October 2025 took place to alleviate congestion in the Final Fantasy MMORPG. Due to how popular the Bahamut world is, it ended up being closed off in some ways to newcomers.
Final Fantasy XI is available for the PC, and the November 2025 login campaign begins on November 5, 2025.
