Even if people missed the Final Fantasy XIV Eorzean Symphony 2022, they can hear it next year with the FFXIV Orchestral Album Vol 3 Blu-ray in 2023. Square Enix announced it will begin selling a Blu-ray of the performance in April 2023. Pre-orders are open in its online store for $64.99. It will debut on April 26, 2023, though the storefront says to expect it in May 2023.
The Final Fantasy XIV Orchestra Concert 2022 Eorzean Symphony Vol 3 Blu-ray consists of two parts. One involves the album in stereo or 5.0 surround sound, so you can listen to the game’s soundtrack. The other is the full Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra concert performance from the show. It didn’t note which one of the two shows it was taken from. (The concert was held December 17-18, 2022 at the Tokyo Garden Theater, with two shows appearing each day.)
There are also some bonuses. People get an MP3 download with their copy, as well as a code for an in-game item. Square Enix didn’t say what that item will be yet. Also, people get a sticker as an early purchase bonus.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. The FFXIV Starlight Celebration is going on in-game until December 31, 2022. The Furnishing Design Contest is running until January 19, 2023.
