How to Unlock the New Final Fantasy XIV Pandaemonium Raid

With Final Fantasy XIV patch 6.01 now live, players can access the new Pandaemonium raid. This raid will allow players to obtain unique armor sets. In addition, participation will reward them with tokens that can be redeemed for weapons. However, in order to gain access to the raid, there are a series of prerequisites that must be met. Specifically, Pandaemonium is a post-game raid. This means players will have needed to complete the “Endwalker” Main Scenario Quest to unlock the Final Fantasy XIV Pandaemonium raid. However, there are additional stipulations.

Beyond completing the “Endwalker” Main Scenario Quest, players must complete “The Crystal From Beyond” quest in Final Fantasy XIV to unlock the new Pandaemonium raid. “The Crystal From Beyond” can be accepted in Old Sharlyan at X:9,Y:11.9 by speaking to Nemjiji.

Players will then be taken to Elpis. That is where they can speak with the NPC at X:32.3, Y:22.4 to accept the quest “Where Familiars Die” to gain access to the Pandaemonium raid. However, they will need to travel around Elpis to speak to several NPCs beforehand. It is suggested players unlock all aether currents in the area. After completing the Pandaemonium raid, players can then exchange the items they’ve acquired from the raid by speaking to Djole in Radz-at-Han at X:10.4, Y:9.7 for armor pieces.

In addition, players will need to be item level 565 or higher in order to access the raid. Additional item levels can be obtained through trading Tomestones at Radz-at-Han for Moonward gear. Players can obtain the Tomestones required to obtain these items by running the two post-game dungeons.

Final Fantasy XIV and its Endwalker expansion are immediately available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
