miHoYo released a new Genshin Impact character demo video for Arataki Itto. The video breaks down Arataki Itto’s strengths and weaknesses in battle. And, how to best use the fearsome Arataki Gang leader in combat. Additionally, the video reveals Itto’s unique passive, which will allow for players to potentially obtain an extra log of wood when harvesting the material from trees. That said, Itto truly shines in combat, and will make quick work of foes with empowered attacks.

Arataki Itto is a character that will rely on building up combos. Players can obtain stacks of “Superlative Superstrength” when performing normal attack combos against enemies. Players can obtain a total of five stacks, which in turn will allow Itto to use Arataki Kesagiri when performing a charged attack without using any stamina. Another perk of Itto’s is his ability to pick up on combos. However, players can only take advantage of this if only a few seconds have passed between attacks.

Itto’s elemental skill, Masatsu Zetsugi, involves summoning the young bull, Ushi. Ushi will deal Geo damage to enemies, and when directly hitting an opponent the attack will grant Itto a stack of “Superlative Superstrength.” Unlike Zhongli’s Geo Pillars, Ushi will have HP. Ushi’s HP will scale based on Arataki Itto’s Max HP.

And lastly, Arataki Itto’s elemental burst, Royal Descent: Behold, Itto the Evil!, grants Itto access to the Oni King’s Kanabou club. Additionally, his elemental and physical resistances will be decreased during that time. However, during the time his elemental burst is active, all attacks will be empowered with Geo Damage.
