Animate announced items that will be part of its next round of Genshin Impact merchandise, and they are a trio of acrylic glasses holders. Each one will look like a character from the series is wearing the person’s glasses. They will cost 3,850円 (~$33) each. Animate expects to offer them in February 2022. [Thanks, Aitai Kuji!]
As mentioned before, these Genshin Impact glasses holders feature pictures of the characters’ faces on translucent acrylic. On either side of the person’s face, there are holes for the temples of the glasses. When placed through them, it looks like the Genshin Impact characters Albedo, Diluc, and Ganyu are wearing them. As the items are each about nine and a half inches tall and just over 12 inches wide, they are designed with adult glasses sizes in mind.
Here’s a closer look at all three pieces of Genshin Impact merchandise. Each shows them both with and without glasses displayed.
In Genshin Impact, Diluc is a five-star available at all times, while Albedo and Ganyu only appear on event banners. The Albedo Secretum Secretorum banner will return on November 23, 2021.
Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. It will also appear on the Nintendo Switch. Animate’s Genshin Impact Albedo, Diluc, and Ganyu glasses holders will ship in Japan in February 2022. Pre-orders are open through Animate until December 7, 2021.
