During Smile Fest 2022, Good Smile Company teased upcoming anime figures, including ones from series such as Rebuild of Evangelion, Spy x Family, and Attack on Titan.
All of the figures are in various stages of development. Some of them only have announcement art, while others already have a painted prototype. Good Smile Company will reveal the prices and release windows for these figures in the future. This article doesn’t contain the complete list, which is available from the Smile Fest online gallery. We did, however, round up some of the highlights and the biggest titles.
One other highlight from Smile Fest 2022 is the announcement of more Act Mode figures. Act Mode is a new line from GSC that combines action figures with plastic models. An Act Mode figure thus includes a pre-pained articulated action figure, and an assembleable plastic model, usually the character’s gear or accessories. Several Symphogear figures, with “mecha musume”-style parts, joined the Ace Mode line.
