NIS America shared new GrimGrimoire OnceMore English trailers for the upcoming Switch, PS4, and PS5 remaster, and it included an April 2023 release date for two regions. The game will appear first in North America on April 4, 2023. Then a few days later on April 7, 2023, it wills how up in Europe.

As for the new trailer, it doesn’t really focus on the GrimGrimoire OnceMore remaster’s updated or new features. Rather, it’s an introduction to the game’s world and gameplay. Lillet Blan is a new student at Silver Star Tower. She’s there to learn magic, and part of that involves summoning familiars. This is where the game’s RTS elements come in. She’ll summon creatures, then direct them to perform certain actions to succeed. As you go through a match, you’ll gain more powerful familiars. This also comes as you collect more grimoires. It also hints that there’s something going on in the academy, with people not being who they seem and dangerous politics at play.

The past announcements already brought up some of the changes. In addition to visual enhancements, there will be quality of life adjustments and new features. So the skill tree UI will look different. People will also be able to cast new Grand Magic spells. As you go through game, memorable art will appear in a gallery to revisit.

GrimGrimoire OnceMore will come to the PS4, PS5, and Switch in North America on April 4, 2023 and in Europe on April 7, 2023. It is already available in Japan. It first showed up on the PS2 in Japan in 2007.
