HoYoVerse released a video teaching you how to make Golden Shrimp Balls from Genshin Impact. This is the second video in the Liyue’s Cuisine Collection series. Like the first one, it combines Genshin Impact animations with a live-action cooking tutorial.

Though the video does list the ingredients, it does not give measurements. It also does not provide detailed instructions, such as the temperature of the oil or how long you should fry them for. For those who wish to actually make this at home, there are other recipes online that you can use for reference.
Fried shrimp balls is a common Chinese dim sum food. As for the Genshin Impact version of the recipe, you can get Golden Shrimp Balls when you reach Reputation Level 1 for Liyue. It revives a fallen character and restores HP depending on the quality of the dish.
Keqing and Xiangling play a major role in the video as a reference to the Moonlight Merriment event. It was the flagship event for Version 2.1. The event focused on Xiangling participating in a cooking contest with Keqing as one of the judges, as well as Xiangling trying to recreate a family recipe for Keqing. It is unlikely that the event will return in future versions.
