Here’s the full statement from Twitter about K’ and Ein Trigger in KOF XV. It goes into how combos could work. After that, it explained how Ein Trigger can work with a new attack.

Sorry for the long wait! The day K’ fans have been waiting for is finally here!

All of you knew he was coming since he appeared briefly during our first trailer, but it took a while for his official character trailer to be released.

We’ve strengthened the follow-up moves for Ein Trigger, and so now you can pretty much combo off of light Ein Trigger into Second Knuckle with little to no problems.

The flow would look something like this: A couple crouching kicks -> Light Ein Trigger -> Second Knuckle.

Additionally, K’ now has a new command move which he can use to continue a combo off a heavy attack on ground, or by getting some extra damage in-air from the combo: EX Ein Trigger -> Second Shell -> (follow-uo) Blackout.

The K’ finalized in KOF XV was polished with care, and so fans out there are going to love playing him!

Previously, Nakata talked about new heroine Isla in one of these discussions. Specifically, it discussed how her “hands” will differ from Shun’ei’s.

KOF XV will appear on February 17, 2022 on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
