Say what you want about Microsoft but they run some pretty aggressive promotion. This Saturday is likely the last chance you can pick-up the current ongoing $100 off promotion on Xbox One X or Xbox One S console when you buy them with a Rockstar’s latest Red Dead Redemption 2 (a title that’s Xbox One X Enhanced and comes with native 4K support). In fact, a few retailers have tossed in extra incentive to win the console buying bucks and while the promotion officially ends on November 2nd, our hunch is that a few of these may still carry on through the weekend.
The best deal in our opinion is at Walmart, where you can pick up an Xbox One X or Xbox One S for $100 off plus a bonus $5 Xbox store credit and two free wired controllers. Yes, the wired Xbox One controllers are off-brand models (perfect for the guest or younger sibling), but given most other retailers such as Best Buy, GameStop, and Amazon are simply giving the $100 off only, this is a far better promotion for the same price. Another worthwhile bundle to consider is a newer offering, with Antonline selling an Xbox One X 1TB Playerunknown’s Battleground bundle with Red Dead Redemption 2 and a free copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 for the same $459.99.
|$100 Off Xbox One Bundles||List||% Off||Sale Price|
|Xbox One S Bundles + Red Dead Redemption 2 + Free 2 Controllers + $5 Credit (Forza 4, PUBG, Minecraft)||$383.96||33%||$259|
|Xbox One X Bundles + Red Dead Redemption 2 + Free 2 Controllers + $5 Credit (NBA 2K19 or PUBG)||$583.96||21%||$459.00|
|Xbox One X 1TB PUBG Bundle + Red Dead Redemption 2 + Black Ops 4||$619.97||26%||$459.99|
|Xbox One X Robot White Special Edition Console + Fallout 76 + Red Dead Redemption 2||$559.99||18%||$459.99|
With the holiday season coming up, it’s no surprise how big of a discount some of these Xbox One X bundle deals are, and if you don’t want to deal with holiday shopping rush, these are the best Xbox One X deal as of writing in our opinion. All of the offers listed above will expire tonight, but as mentioned retailers generally keep the promotion going just a tad bit longer than the official end date.
If you’re not picking up an Xbox One X in the near future and prefer to wait for Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals, we think these are a good barometer to gauge against in terms of discount. Any offers later this holiday season should at least be $130 to $140 in savings or bonus incentives.
Update: The Walmart Xbox One X deal may be OOS as the page often errors out. Also, for some reason, Walmart is now tossing in two controllers instead of one – making this an even better deal. We’ve updated the post above accordingly.
