We’re less than 7 hours away from the release of Titanfall 2 on the PC, Xbox one, and PS4, but there are still pre-order deals available. PC gamers can head over to GMG and get an $11 discount to $48.99 – the only outright price break without a paid membership from an authorized source. Xbox One users can go to the Microsoft Store and pick up either the Standard or Deluxe with a bonus $10 Gift Code for either physical or digitl key copies (keys emailed instantly). On the PS4 you can pick the title up from Best Buy and get $10 in Rewards if you’re a free “My Best Buy” Rewards member (essentially a $10 Gift Code as well).
Another big game releasing tomorrow (scratch that its now already available on Steam) is Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Bandai Namco’s latest is getting a huge 32% discount for PC gamers after coupon code at GamesPlanet. You’ll notice once you head over to GamesPlanet they only show British Pound prices, but you can buy world-wide and after currency conversion the price will come out to only $34.19 for Standard or $51.29 for Deluxe – which are both as good as you can expect a AAA title to go for on the games release hour.
If you were looking to pre-order next month’s release Final Fantasy XV Best Buy’s exclusive offer is worth looking at. Right now they’re charging $75 for the Day One Edition of the game, Season Pass, and an exclusive Beanie – an offer not found elsewhere. That’s not really the reason to buy though, really you want to sign up or be a member of their paid Gamers Club Unlocked program and reduce the price to $60. That’s like getting the FFXV + Season Pass for the price of the Standard Edition alone and you’ll save $15, which pays for half a GCU 2-year membership (get 20% off pre-order and new games).
