There’s some bad news for Game Freak’s Little Town Hero. The Big Idea Editions won’t be released as planned worldwide. NIS America confirmed the Little Town Hero physical copies will now appear in June and July, depending on the region.
The sorts of Big Idea Editions available will vary by region. In North America, people will be able to find the Little Town Hero physical copies for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on June 23, 2020. In Europe, those same two versions will appear a few days later on June 26, 2020. Finally, Oceania will get the Nintendo Switch Big Idea Edition on July 3, 2020.
In truth, this is a rather minor delay. NIS America was going to bring Little Town Hero here on June 2, 2020 in North America, June 5, 2020 in Europe, and June 12, 2020 in Oceania. So things are all only being pushed back a few weeks. As a reminder, the physical copies will come with a Life in the Village art book, the Little Town Hero: Town Tunes soundtrack CD, a poster, and a Defender Duo lapel pin set.
Little Town Hero is immediately available on the Nintendo Switch. However, Little Town Hero Big Idea Edition will now bring physical copies to North America on June 23, 2020, Europe on June 26, 2020, and July 3, 2020 in Australia.
