Capcom announced that a Ghosts ‘n Goblins collaboration event will arrive in Monster Hunter Rise on October 29, 2021. Additionally, a Sonic collaboration event will arrive in Monster Hunter Rise in the future. Details about the Sonic collaboration will be revealed in the future.
However, the Capcom TGS 2021 broadcast revealed a bit of information about the Ghosts ‘n Goblins collaboration. This included a look at the layered armor set players will be able to obtain. Like other Capcom collaboration quests, players can obtain this unique layered armor through a special event quest. Like the Akuma layered armor, this collaboration armor will turn players into Arthur from the Ghost ‘n Goblins series.
When wearing the layered armor, specific animations for the players will change to retain the feeling of playing Ghosts ‘n Goblins.

The broadcast also shared new details regarding cosmetic items, like new voice packs, and stickers that can be obtained through future updates.
Monster Hunter Rise is immediately available for Nintendo Switch. A PC version will release in early 2022. The Monster Hunter Rise Ghost ‘n Goblins collaboration event will arrive on October 29, 2021, with the Sonic event planned to appear in the game at a later date.
