The Cipher Academy manga features the titular school. It’s a place in Japan designed to help students learn how to crack codes ahead of possible wars. In addition to ordinary classes, each student will need to learn how to decipher all sorts of codes. Iroha Irohazaka is one of the few boys at the school. After meeting Kogoe Horagatoge, Kogue gives him a pair of glasses after he helps her elude some other students chasing her. However, these are special glasses, and wearing them gives him an edge when looking at puzzles and codes. After a challenge comes up involving Kyora Toshusai and her henchwomen Yukako Omomuro and Tayu Yugata, Iroha learns more about the glasses and the young woman who gave them to him.
