Instead of being based on her standard appearance or alt, this FGO Assassin/Shuten Douji figure is based on an Event Craft Essence. During the Fate/Grand Order Fes. 2019 ~4th Anniversary~ event, people could earn her Festival Portrait Craft Essence. In it, she’s dressed as a jiangshi. (That’s a sort of Chinese vampire.)

Here are some closer looks at this Shuten Douji figure.

And here it is compared to the Craft Essence, which was drawn by Honjou Raita. Both the outfit and the pose for both are nearly identical.

This is the second fairly recent figure of Shuten Douji. In the past, she also appeared as a Nendoroid.

Speaking of Halloween, there’s a new event in-game. It involves an opportunity to earn a themed Rider/Elizabeth Bathory. It dresses her up in a costume that makes her look like Cinderella.

The FGO Assassin/Shuten Douji Event Craft Essence figure is expected to ship in November 2022 in Japan. Fate/Grand Order is available on Android and Apple iOS devices.
